CryEngine3 Footage

Last week, CryTek announced that they where working on CryEngine 3. An even more advanced graphics engine that would support not only the PC, but also the PS3 and Xbox 360. I decided not to let you guys in on these details, because no media had been released at that time and it was scheduled to have a preview at GDC, so we waited. Well, GDC has come and gone and we are left with a demo video of what this engine is capable of. Enjoy.
Can’t wait. It looks great. I hope it doesn’t take a stronger system than cryengine 2. It looks pretty much the same to me. I’m guessing there was limitations in cryengine 2 that they had to get around for a new game so they made a new engine.
