Weekly Poll: Are You Upgrading to Windows 7?

Windows 7 hits the public on October 22nd and some of you have already upgraded by means of less-than-legal practices or through MSDN. For those that are still waiting to get your hands on the new OS (and even the ones that already have it) will you be upgrading to Windows? Why or why not?
As vista was the new Millenium, 7 is the new XP.
