Blizzard Confirms Diablo III “Not Going to be Out Next Year”

Blizzard executive Rob Pardo has confirmed that Diablo III will be delayed and won’t be released until after next year. He also announced that Blizzard apparently has an issue with releasing games too early.
We always announce all of our games too early. We realize that and go, ‘You know what? Next time we’re not going to do that.’ And then we always fail at that.
We think what he says is pretty funny and it’s a good thing that they’re delaying a game to polish it off rather than rush it.
It’s good they’re polishing it off but they are still taking forever. I like that quote though.

Yeah, Blizzard is very down to Earth. With the two major releases they’re coming out with next year it’s no surprise this has been delayed.
