AT&T CEO Admits That They Suck

Seems like an unlikely situation, but apparently the CEO of AT&T, Ralph de la Vega, admitted that service in New York and San Francisco isn’t exactly what most people would consider lovely, but de la Vega promises that it will get fixed. He mentioned that 3 percent of smartphone customers are accountable for 40 percent of data, and that they’re looking into ways that’ll get users to cut back. de la Vega puts it as ” a way that’s consistent with net-neutrality and FCC regulations.” Which possibly means pay-per-byte data.
