HP Unveils Multitouch Android Netbook

It’s not everyday we see a netbook with the Android operating system and a multitouch display. HP seems to be the first to accomplish this feat by introducing the Airlife 100. What’s even better is that it’s said to accomplish an amazing 12-hour battery life. The rest of the specs include a 1.0GHz Snapdragon CPU, Wi-Fi, 3G, a 16GB SSD, and the obvious webcam and SD card slot. HP says they’re only releasing it in Spain for now, but hopefully we’ll see it here in the states soon.

i think these “smartbooks” are pretty lame…if you’re going to build something this size, use netbook components. if you’re going to use smartphone components, make a smartphone. if you want this screen size using smartphone components, build a dell mini 5
