Flash Game Friday is a weekly feature that provides gamers with (uh…duh) a free, browser-based flash game. You may have played it before and you may have not, but it’s always worth checking out. We’ll be bringing you the latest, time-wasting, challenging, lose-sleep-into-the-wee-hours type of flash games.

There are tons of way to waste time on the internet. It’s no secret. There are even more ways to fill yourself with blinding rage. Combine that and add an amazing soundtrack with brilliant Gameboy-style retro graphics and what do you have? Tower of Heaven.

The game starts with the main character’s soul attempting to scale the tower of heaven. On your way to the top, you’ll face many obstacles and eventually be given rules that you must obey or you will be punished. There is a time limit for each level, but thankfully, you have an unlimited number of lives. Tower of Heaven quickly gets more difficult and never lets up, but with the frustration and rage of the difficult gameplay comes the brilliant feeling of success and accomplishment of completing the level. I won’t deny that this game is almost unrealistically difficult, but that’s what makes it such an appealing game.
