Wave Goodbye to Google Wave

The community collaboration tool from Google that no one uses is bidding adieu to everyone by the end of year, says Google Senior VP Urs Hölzle.
“Wave has not seen the user adoption we would have liked. We don’t plan to continue developing Wave as a standalone product, but we will maintain the site at least through the end of the year and extend the technology for use in other Google projects.”
Not surprising, really. I mean, who honestly uses Google Wave? Better question, what is Google Wave? At any rate, goodbye Google Wave. You were the one Google product that I never used and never really knew what the heck you were all about.
