- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to any individual except staff members of Tech Olive.
- Entry Period: The start and end times/dates are located on the applicable giveaway page.
- Giveaway Entry/Submission: Follow the directions on the applicable giveaway page in order to submit an entry. Entrants are only allowed to enter a giveaway once. The act of multiple entries with multiple aliases by one person is prohibited and that person will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection: Winner(s) will be selected randomly. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their first and last names, as well as their mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days, we may select the next entry to take his/her place.
- Prize(s): The prize(s) are located on the applicable giveaway page. No cash or other substitution may be made. The winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
- Release: By participating in giveaways or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees that if their prize is deemed damaged in any way, Tech Olive will try, but not guarantee, a working replacement of the prize.
- Publicity: Participation in the giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Tech Olive’s use of winner’s first and last name, city/state/country of residence for promotional, publicity or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, without further payment, consideration, review or consent (where allowable).
- Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in a giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding.
