If you enjoyed Exor Studio’s top-down zombie mayhem title Zombie Driver, then you’ll be pleased to hear that the dev has announced an absolutely free expansion to the game called Blood Race. It basically adds a racing element to the game. You race against other vehicles while zombies try to get in the way of you finishing the race. Unfortunately, no word on when the expansion will be available, but there is a trailer! Watch it after the break.

Upcoming DLC for the indie hybrid of the original Grand Theft Auto and Left 4 Dead, Zombie Driver has been announced today. The new DLC will bring a new “Slaughter” game mode and also offers a week-long 50% off sale in celebration of its release.
New Slaughter game mode features:
- Fight endless waves of zombies to achieve the highest score possible
- 5 unlockable arenas with different environmental effects
* Harbor – sunny midday
* City Center – foggy noon
* Park – warm dusk
* Midtown – night with projected headlights
* Suburbs – early dawn
- Upgrade your car on the fly
- Post your high scores to Twitter and Facebook directly from the game
So, in summary, get a great indie game for $5 just in time for some brand new free DLC.
